There is seldom a hotter thing than college guys hanging out in their
underwear in a dorm. At age 16, I was obsessed with two college jocks
that lived across from my boyfriend's apartment. They always gave me an
interesting Saturday night.
Ever wonder what it is like to prepare for Bodybuilding Contest? The
posing practice, the shaving (of everything), the tanning, the
pump-up--- all these are intimate situations that are a part of the
muscle-guy-bonding experience. This is a behind-the-scenes look at the
homo-erotic practices of bodybuilding.
A quick episode re-worked from episode #11, originally called 'Dick
Maintenance'. We talk about the various stages of Manscaping and a few
important things to do to keep your junk in full working order.
Not sure if this was a good idea, but I purposely messed myself up a bit
so I could have some fun. This won't be a regular thing, fear not. But I
hope you get a laugh, or a nice memory from it. A more serious look at
Our Identity will be on the YouTube Channel for this podcast. The
Channel name is An Older Gay Guy Show.
After 32 years of advocating the same kind of nutritional weight-loss, I
am beginning to change my thoughts on what is most effective as a
long-term lifestyle. In this episode I talk about The American Art
Awards, I give you a look into this new life-long diet philosophy and I
tell you a story about how 3 wishes to the Universe came true for me. I
hope you enjoy!
My first 'buzzed' episode, as my husband Paco and I celebrated the first day of Summer out on our deck with some wine. LOL
this episode, Part-Two of a Three-Part Series, I discuss an article
about the most common relationship mistakes that gay guys make. These
factors might be some of the reasons for break-ups that we have all
experienced. I also request YOUR input for Part-Three of the Series that
will be coming later in the Summer.
Part One of a 3-part series about Gay Relationships
and Break-Ups. In this first episode, I begin to tell you about my
personal relationship experiences and then discuss an article called
'Gay and Can't Find a Partner?' that lists reasons why gay relationships
might be doomed from the outset.
Part Two will conclude my personal story and will discuss an article called 'Top 7 Common Relationship Mistakes Gay Men Make'.
in the newly planned Part Three, will be a discussion about listener's
stories about break-ups and we will try to figure out how we move
forward in our relationships in a healthy, satisfying way. (future episode- no date set)
A story episode, I tell you all about my attendance at The Joe Weider
Pro-Bodybuilding Camp in Southern California in 1987. This is a
homoerotic story about the muscle guys and training that went on at the
camp. I hope you enjoy this story about one of the best things I ever
did in bodybuilding.
The second episode about 1996 covers my Personal Training, including
some famous clients. This is just a relaxing story episode and I'm
really just telling you about my life for a bit of fun. I hope you enjoy
A 2 subject episode. First up I give an update on my
use of the Bathmate HydroMax and my suggestions to you regarding
purchase and usage. Secondly, I discuss the 1996 publication of my novel
and a few stories regarding that process.
Let me strongly
advise, if there is something you want to do in your life, (i.e.
writing, videos, a hobby, a sport) it is NEVER too late. Let the true
you emerge and grasp on to life and live every day to its fullest.
Nothing should stand in your way. Push yourself toward new experiences.
Never regret. Every day when the sun comes up, your life has new
opportunities. Don't waste them !
A completely different episode of the podcast. If you are just
discovering the podcast and haven't heard an episode yet, please listen

An Interview Show featuring one of my closest friends
who has had an extraordinary life. Kris shares interesting details of
his early days as he prepared for his transition into a woman. He tells
of surprising circumstances that led to a life-long quest for acceptance
and to find his place in the LGBTQ community. It's a fascinating
listen, and I hope you enjoy this first interview episode of An Older
Gay Guy Show.
A discussion about the importance of screening for
colorectal cancer. If you are approaching age 50, it is
imperative you have this important procedure. I had been petrified
beyond belief about having a colonoscopy due to a previous test I had
done more than 20 years ago. I discuss the early procedure as well as my
personal experience with having a colonoscopy. I take you step-by-step
through what happened, and I think if you have fear of this test (like
so many do), please, please listen to this episode. It literally could
save your life. Thank you!
This is a story that I am immensely proud of in my
life. I hope you enjoy it. I think it's kind of funny and kind of
heart-warming. I am producing this show with minor edits as I wanted the
story to flow. So please excuse stumbles and misuse of words.

A REPEAT episode from New Year's Eve 2017. This is
originally Episode #34, and is a hot story telling of my last New Year's
Eve of my 20's, when some buddies and I went up to an empty chalet from
some partying, skiing, snowboarding and hot-tubbing! If you have never
heard this episode I hope you enjoy it, and if it is a repeat for you,
this is one of the most discussed and requested of my back-catalogue.
A discussion about Neuropathy, a common problem that develops with
Diabetes, Advanced HIV, Lyme Disease, Shingles and many other ailments.
While there is no cure, we look at current treatments for pain relief
and management of the condition. Anyone over the age of 40 should listen
to this episode, as it is becoming more prevalent due to excessive body
weight in more and more adults.

story I ever told, from Episode #1, about my solo trip in 1970 at age 12
to Salem, Massachusetts to see where 'Bewitched' was filmed.
The story of my attempt to become a star in
Hollywood. (spoiler alert: I'm NOT a star! LOL) I hope you find this
story amusing and interesting. At the conclusion of the show, instead of
my usual outro music, I offer you a surprise. I hope you enjoy this
As we age, it is not uncommon to have growing fear
and anxiety about the future. In many cases, these emotions are not only
related to health and finances but also to a sense of losing your
connection to the LGBTQ+ community. In this episode, I tell you a bit
more of my own history of fear and anxiety, and we look at an article
that gives us '5 Ways to Overcome Fear and Anxiety'.
A TV trip down memory lane discussing some of my favorite TV shows of
the 1960's, specifically, the Sci-Fi shows of Irwin Allen. I give you my

Lost In Space
The Time Tunnel
Land Of The Giants
