My history with Gay Pride Parades started with the 3rd Pride Parade that
Boston ever had, back in 1973. This year is my return to those
celebrations and I wanted to tell my story of why I haven't been to a
Pride event in many years, and the strange introduction I had to gay
life all those years ago.
